Aeronet Participates in the Marines’ Toys for Tots Drive

Every year, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation holds their nationwide toy drive. Their goal is to collect thousands of toys to be distributed to children most in need of holiday cheer. Lisley Davenport makes it her annual mission to collect donated toys, and also make the trip down to Camp Pendleton, in San Diego County, to personally deliver them. Lisley is Aeronet Worldwide’s Vice President of Domestic Carrier Network and Quality Assurance, and has led the company’s contribution to this event ever since she arrived in 2017.

This year, Aeronet associates around the country – and even one of our vendors – contributed about $900, resulting in approximately 300 toys! Over the weekend of November 21, the Southern California event, alone, collected a total of around 1,800 toys and $20,000 donated. Aeronet Worldwide thanks the U.S. Marine Corps, not only for their military service, but for their service to the community and those less fortunate.
